small block ford stocker push rod size?
 
Just wonder what is the best push rod size to run on a small block ford cratemotor 5/16 or 3/8 and how thick?

It really depends on the length, but we have found that if they are 6.700 or less as long as they are .080 or better there is no advantage to running a 3/8 over a 5/16.
Especially in a lower RPM stocker.

At 7500 + and +.650 lift 3/8ths

They are 8.150 and @7200
