sbc - dip stick hole plug
 
Like a radio-delete plate for the dip stick hole. Looks like a dowel pin but I imagine it's tapered.

Where can I get one?

Bobby , mine has a very small freeze plug in it.

I tapped mine and installed a pipe plug.

I like Tim's suggestion, taping and installing a pipe plug. However, it';s too late for that.
The motor's already together. So, a freeze plug it will be.
