Need help identifying a torque converter.

I have a torque converter I bought off the form a few years ago. I need to send it in to have the tabs re-welded. Problem is not positive who built it. I thought it was a turbo action but not positive.
The number i could find on the tranny side is 34 in one spot and 313 45 Z on the engine side 27218m42 97002 It is for a metric 200.
Any help would be appreciated

Thanks John

That or if some one has a place I can send it that can weld on new mounting tabs that would also work. Just thought it would be easier to send it to the same place that made it.

If it has a lot of runs on it you may want to consider having it freshened up also.
