Holley Carb
Have a Holley carb with #'s 3310-1 and a list #2242. Can anyone tell me what this came on?

Re: Holley Carb
Bobby, 3310-1 is the actual list number, that's a 780 Holley vacuum secondary carburetor.
Unless it has a GM or other OEM part number, it's just an aftermarket carburetor. It's legal for any Chevy engine that uses a 780 Holley vacuum secondary carburetor. A GM number would be 7 digits, usually beginning with the number 3, followed by a dash "-" and then a two letter suffix. For example: 3xxxxxx-XX. |
Re: Holley Carb
Alan,
So it would be legal for the 396/375 combo? Thanks, |

Yes, it would. For the money, you'd be better off with a new Quick Fuel, we have one on both the Super Stock 396/375 and the Stock 427/425. By the time you take your 3310 to someone like Clark Holroyd or Jimmy Bridges, you'd have spent enough to buy a Quick Fuel from either of them. My advice is to sell the Holley and get a Quick Fuel. |
