In the rules it states "power steering pump and air conditioning equipment may be removed". Does this mean just the compressor or can i remove the heater box and condensor too. And install a block off plate.

Can the stock rear control arms be boxed for strength?

The way I understand the rulebook, all the a/c stuff can be removed. Not sure about the block off plate idea.

I would say yes on the boxed stock lowers.

What year and model are you building ?

I'm not sure , but I think the heater box has to be under the dash. Pretty sure the heater controls have to be in the dash also.
