Co2 bottle mounting

Will heat be an issue mounting a co2 bottle to the radiator flange and fan shroud in a dragster.

NO......Mine is mounted on my radiator shroud. My radiator is behind the drivers area....CO-2 bottle is vertically mounted with an electric solinoid shutoff....
