Reactor Flexplate
Has or is anyone using the Reactor Flexplate? Is there any performance advantage?

Re: Reactor Flexplate
Scott we tried it years ago on a small block comp dragster and did not
see a benefit with it. Maybe someone else had success with it. |
Re: Reactor Flexplate
THEY WORK!!!---almost the same weight as a SFI stamped steel flexplate, machined not stamped out truer tolerances overall , not prone to cracking in the crank bolt area, replaceable starter ring gear, can run a smaller flexplate(dia), keeps the engine up on the RPM not as much drop off, can run a smaller bolt circle on the torque converter less weight there, can use a smaller dia torque convertor--- other than that no advantages over a stamped steel flexplate---FED387

Re: Reactor Flexplate
Any one try the CSR aluminum flex plate ?
They are similar to the Reactor and are supposed to weigh only 5 1/2 lb. I'm thinking about either one for a B/ND I'm working on. |
Re: Reactor Flexplate
Several styles of Reactor Flexplates available. Do your homework......
