Kyle Ratcliff to drive Jet Car at Houston

To the best of my knowledge Kyle Ratcliff has completed all required licensing passes and will be making his debut in a jet car at Royal Purple Raceway Saturday night. The jet car owner has installed an E-shift controller, so Kyle should feel very comfortable behind the wheel. He wanted everyone to know during his interview in the tower that he still plans to compete in Stock Eliminator/Super Stock, but driving a jet car is something he wanted to check off his bucket list. Ed Wright is going to help Kyle on the starting line and keep him out of the bald spots.

Godspeed Kyle :)

Is Kyle still building that front motored jet car for the import classes Mr. SuperStockDodge?

I figured that driving the jet car would allow me and the outgoing Pope would share a cab to the promised land. I plan on wearing red shoes no matter what anyone thinks.

Already tried that route, but the design created too many unexpected bald spots.

Don't forget to click your heels together three times (inside joke up here in Kansas)

Congratulations on your maiden voyage tonight! I like how many times you hit the "after"burner, "before" the run! Did all that heat generated on the run melt the E-shift solenoid? Also, will tear down be tomorrow since you set a new record in Jet Car/AH? If so, will you need extra valve cover bolts to go back together? Also, when will you be available for autograph signing?
