small block head question

i have bare set of small block chevy heads. Casting # 3795896 date code 64. i know they are off of 283 or 327 with 60cc chamber an small valves but under the casting# is a large xt what doses that stand for and are they anything specail?

common 283 early 60s heads.I dont think they are as good as the 520s.
