68 GTO cam specs
 
Just wondering if anyone has the old NHRA cam and spring specs for a 68 GTO 400/350 4 speed. I bought one to restore and thought it would be fun to build it around the old stocker specs.

try wallaceracing.com--- they race all kinds of Pontiacs has cam specs on their website might ask em about your spring questions--good luck

You can check on NHRA that has all the cam spec in the Engine section.

Pontiac did not use a lot of lift on their cams, mostly in the .401 to .421 range.
Even the RA4 was only something like .475

NHRA has the lift specs but they don't have the duration and overlap specs which is what I'm looking for.
