Indy postponed again
 

Anyone know when they are going to reschedule the Indy race again? I heard maybe at Joliet or the fall Indy race.

Well, that's BS! They are going to finish this race at 4 different tracks and on 4 different dates (including the alcohol cars that finished on Monday). SG, SC and SST are scheduled to race at the Norwalk race. I had no intentions of towing all the way out there and this doesn't change that. So now I am just out my entry fees! I know they can't do anything about the weather, but it is just inexcusable that they didn't run some eliminations last Saturday! They could have gotten AT LEAST one round in for every class. Just don't know what they are thinking.

check out the weather forcast for next week at Norwak. I was suppose to go to Topeka. I will check the weather and if it doesn't look any better I still may go to topeka.

Who knows, with the way things have been going it will probably rain again. :) But it could be 70 and sunny the whole time and I'm still not going. We just aren't traveling that much this year.

You know NHRA does NOT give back money. I know you are pre-entered in Topeka like me. You can withdraw from Topeka and not lose money but they are not going to give you any money for withdrawing from the Indy points race. if you don't show up for the rain out youdon't have to claim the race but no refund. The mainthing that bothers me is the forcast for Norwalk. 60% chance of rain for Fri and Sat and Sunday doesn't look much better. Why schedule 2 races with a forecast like that???

Dennis, me knowing better I emailed Jay and asked about withdrawal...... and he hasn't answered as of yet !
