fuel line location question...
 
unit body constuction w/subrame connectors, do they (nhra) want the line on the inside (driveshaft side) or outside (rocker panel side)?

Tom, I ran mine outside the frame connectors.....just seemed like the thing to do - can't imagine why any tech inspector would disapprove. :rolleyes:

that's what I did too, just 2nd guessing myself (again)...

I ran my brake lines outside the frame rails too. Some uni-body cars(early Mustangs) had the brake lines routed in the driveshaft tunnel directly along side the driveshaft.In the event of a driveshaft or u-joint failure I can't think of anything that would make it more fun than bursting into flames and then not being able to stop.:eek:
