DSE Sportsman Series and Western NY Showdown 9.90 Super Gas
 

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to remind anyone who might be interested in doing some Super Gas Racing over the next two weeks you will have more then enough chances.

This up coming Saturday June 22nd the Western New York Showdown series will be racing at Empire Dragway.

Then one week later The DSE Sportsman Racing Series will be racing at Toronto Motorsports Park June 29-30 and they will be running their Stefko Racing engines 9.90 Super Gas category both days!

Both Series have guaranteed purses with great specialty prizes for racers!

Both Series offer a great deal to Super Gas racers so it would be great to see the racers come out and support both !

Only 3 more days till the 2nd Annual Canada Day Spectacular at Toronto Motorsports Park.

For those that are Interested in coming out to run some Super Gas with us all the Event info is list in a PDF download at www.sportsmanracingseries.ca .

Gates open at 9 am both days with racing starting at 11 am, Super Gas is the 3rd class out each day.

Gate pricing is $20 per day for a racer, and $15 per day for crew, kids 12 and under are free (Jr racers pay $20 per day)

Tech cards for Super Gas are $80 per day

Inaddition to the guaranteed payouts (min $500 to win $200 R/U at 5 cars) round money starts with $120 for a round 2 win and $50 per round from there.

There is also #1 qualifier prizes each day. The #1 qualifiers both saturday and Sunday will receive a case of Renegade Race Fuels and Lubricants Oil (chose of 20w50 syn or mineral or 10w30 syn) .

Both winners from Saturday and Sunday will have their names entered in a season end raffle for a fantastic NAPA tool box in the "Win the Day, Toolbox Giveaway" contest.

For those who want to double enter, Super Gas competitors can also run in Super Pro using their stops. $50 Tech Card per day.

Hoping to see a great turnout! Should be a great chance to get some testing before your next NHRA or IHRA event while having some fun racing!
