Brainerd S/SS race
 

Well, another fun weekend at BIR. Beautiful racing weather and fun for all. Race on Sat was won by Ben Line over Michael Mans (Ben spanked me third round). Pictures to follow when we get home. Tomorrow is another day,so those of you at home there's still time to get in the truck and come!

Thanks for posting this I just got home 11:55 pm.
What a beautiful day, sun all day, no wind, mid to high 70's You could not ask for a nicer day to race! The traction was excellent for us and I would like to thank the BIR staff for running a real nice race for the S/SS RACERS!

We did get 24 cars. Where were all the cars??????(This could have been 32 real E.Z.)
We had a good day and it looked like 1 or 2 more cars showed tonight I hope we can get some more cars out racing on Sunday!

Congratulations to my good friend WINNER ! Ben Line on another outstanding job of driving today & to Mike Mans Sat. runner up.

We had free dinner thanks to Pro Speed Parts!
If you missed this combo race you missed a good one!
I'm telling you, these races are where it's at!

Another beautiful sunny day. Couple cars broke Yesterday but a couple more came in today.

Track prep at BIR this year is the best. I'm surprised we don't have more cars here. Not a cloud in the sky!

An all stick shift final found Scott on the good side of a double breakout in his 1967 Chevelle I/S over a hard charging Terry Johnson in his SS/M Mustang.

22 CARS??? This is getting the best of me. I don't get it??
WHAT can I do to get more cars to attend the BIR S/SS combos??
Please give me some positive input and I will do my best to make it happen.

We need this kind of racing to keep S/SS alive in this area.
Please consider how things will be without this type of combo to race our cars.
it's a deal breaker for many.
Why have all this cash invested and leave the car sit at home?
