Wow. That could be bad, or considering the lack of upgrades to RPR to do something about the sportsman pits, it could be Karma

I just read the article. My question is, was the concrete reclamation there first or the track?

Seeing as how the feds. want to regulate dust created by plowing or discing on farm lands, and there is a pond next to the concrete pile, how are they able to be doing this now?? $$$$$ maybe ? John Kissel

Just like the NHRA, instead of helping fight the problem they threaten to pull the sanction and cancel races!

Someone just needs to show up at the meeting with a video or pictures of the dust and document it is happening regularly and there will be no permit issued. It could also end up in air quality fines with good documentation.
I worked in the Air Permitting business with the oil and gas industry before retiring and I can assure you the state and feds with be all over this if there is actually that much dust put into the air.

I hope racers from the area show up like they asked. I would think the track has more of an economic impact on the area businesses than a nasty-azzed rock crusher.
