NHRA Camaro stocker questions
I'm currently looking at getting a late 90's camaro to run in stock eliminator Would like to run a,b,or c/sa..Looking for guidance on engine and trans recommendations. I have been considering purchasing a complete car, just want to make sure that I get what I pay for.Can you guys tell me if I did purchase complete car who is the best engine builder to freshen or build a good quality engine.What about ignition,fuel injection,rear end items.Is there items that I want to stay away from that has caused trouble or breakage.Thanks for the input.

Check out Kevin Stubbs ad in the Classified section. Killer car, stick or auto, BES does the motors, #2 Qualifier at Indy in 2012, won Class last year and this year and passed tear down. Really a nice piece.

Fast Fuel injection, It depends on what motor you are looking for LT1 or LS1 for engine builder. Warren Racing engines has a handle on Lt1s and they seem to be very fair with customers. As Rj mentioned, BES builds some quality engines for an Ls1. Also, Joey Wilkes knows how to make those Ls1s fast.

Still amazes me that Stubb's car is still available...if I was a GM guy I'd be all over that one!
