can some help with a bet on page 86 of the digger what is hanging down under the front bumper of peters car ?

If you look carefully, it looks like the sun is hitting the car at a low angle. The angled piece is the edge of the front spoiler. The block under it is just the sun hitting the front of the lower A arm. Under that it looks like the headers.

Where in the rule book does it say you can do that? If the rule book does not say you can't, that does not make it legal. It has to say you can. Where does it say that?

I've looked this car over, taking notes for my stocker build. If I remember correct he has tow hooks hanging off the subframe.
