75 nova door pins bushings
On my 75 Nova, My Left Door is sagging, I can see the pins on top and roller pin on bottom needs to be replaced, has anyone replaced them, and how much of a hassle is it? Or be better off replacing whole hinge? Seems to be welded in, Any idea`s?

Re: 75 nova door pins bushings
I used a bushing kit from Classic Industries on my '72, didn't need to replace the hinges. Wasn't a big hassle at all, used a floor jack at the back of the door for support and was a one person job.

I think you can get a door pin kit (bushing and pins) in the Dorman or Help line at any good auto part store.

Re: 75 nova door pins bushings
Lower hinges usually take most of the brunt of wear. A new lower hinge along with new pin/bushing for the upper will take care of the sag. http://www.classicindustries.com/197...q=door%20hinge

Re: 75 nova door pins bushings
Is your lower hinge welded in? Some of the x bodies had welded hinges.i know my 70 does. Not easy to replace.rebuilding it would be a better option.
