Wiring up my MSD...finally...

Decided that its about time to wire up the MSD, 6AL and 2step... Its been in the car, for about 3yrs... THe car was running so good, with just HEI, i didnt wanna mess with it. Hope to finish it, on Friday, and fire it up. All i have left, is, the ground wire, for the 2step... the little hot(ign) wire, for the MSD box, and the little hot wire , for the 2 step. The blue wire, i will not hook up, to brake pedal or pressure switch, just yet. I just wanna make sure it goes down track , like it does now. I hope its worth it... Im runnin a blaster coil, and a gutted HEI dist , with cap adapt, for now. I may go to the billet MSD dist, next year. This setup is proven, so im not too worried about it. Im just curious to see, if there is any difference in the car... Happy Thanksgiving!

btw...the HEI i will be running, and the one, i currently run, are locked out...

Dont know about a msd 6 series box, never ran one. but it will help keep the plugs clean idling around the pits. after going to a msd or any other higher output box, you wont go back for sure.

We ran the 6AL box, on my brother's car, ran 10,60s at 3600lb. Im using the same dist, as well. We ran a 1050 Holley, and had no probs with plugs. Had one in Dad's 10.20 Bird, as well. I havent had a box , of any kind, in my car since around 1990...i had a 7A box in it...Car was so slow, i dont know if it helped or not...hehe
