Crate Motor Classification
 
I need help confirming Class for the following;

1967 Mustang 14.04 x 200hp = 2808 # with the 347ci, 450HP motor it would be
a natural B car?

3095# B/CM
2870# A/CM

This is a natural A car @6.24 .to figure A weight minimum take 6.00 x450 plus 170 =2870lbs Class is determined without driver weight.To run B you will be at6.5 which is 2925 plus 170=3095lbs

Rich,
The 347 is currently rated at 430, not 450.
