Can anybody tell me if anti roll is legal in stock?

As long as it is a bolt-on installation.

We just run the stock rear bar on our Firebird I reworked the mounts slightly and used stiffer bushings seems to work OK---Trevor

I guess tech doesn't look at 1982 to 1992 firebirds and Camaros.
Seen more than one welded in looks like hime joints and aluminum stuff .Not STOCK.

I wonder if the tabs for the heims can be welded on the rear?
