Tires for tow vehicle

Well it's time for new tires for my F-350, what's best out there? Pulling 48 footer loaded up so don't want to really skimp on tires just would like some suggestions. Thanks Joe

No contest, Michelins all the way. Had them on my Dually and was extremely satisfied with the ride, wear, quietness and load carrying capability.

Over the years I had the best luck with Firestone. I also had some Dayton commercial tires that wore like iron. Never had any tire problems on the duallys that I have owned

I have Firestones on my dually with loaded 48 foot trailer. We haven't had any issues. We have been buying tires from Direct tire and having them shipped to the house for our other vehicles, we have been money ahead even after paying for the new tires to be mounted and balanced from a local tire store so keep that in mind.

X2

Our F350 has a bit over 45k in the rears and they are less then 1/2 way there. They cost alot more but are worth every penny. Most other tires have been done at 45k.
I run the XPS TRAC and they can be retreaded.

I have BF Goodrich Commercial truck tires on mine--- reasonably priced/quiet/ long lasting/ good traction both wet/dry/snow---get about 70-75,000 on them then swap em out sell them to the Mexican landscapers--- by the way they were OEM on my Ford Super Duty so I had success with the original tires just kept using them--FED 387

This set was Michelin, have plenty of tread left but badly cracked on sidewalls. Ran original tires till tread was getting low round 5/32 never cracked on the sidewall like the michelins did. However my truck does sit outside but it always has. Was not happy with the sidewall cracking as it started after about 2 years and slowly got worse, not saying Michelins are out just a bit leary of them now. Thanks for the replies. Joe

My 2013 Ram 3500 came with Firestone Transforce HT and they have worked well so far.

How old were the tires when you installed them?
