Didn't I read something that said the indexes would be a lot tougher and it would be tough for a new car to qualify at Indy?

When does that take effect?

Lane, I am with you on Randi Lyn being the real # one qualifier. No disrespect to the FS cars but we all know the story. Nuff said.
