this is a NOS set of wotor wheel flys. this set is a kit. 15x4 and 15x14 (2 fronts and 2 rears) 5 on 4 3/4 bc with 5" backspace. these have never been finished. i bought this kit with out the spacers, had spacers made for them. there is no screw holes or valve stem hole. this is perfect for a nostalgia pro stock build. please ask any and all questions before you buy. sold as is. buyer to pay shipping, shipping USA ONLY. # 517-630-6084, steve
