I'm NOT sure what Car..But one SE car @ RP'14 Summers was busted. ..for above ^

I had the rule explained to Me from a seasoned SE runner..@that race.

Can have a battery in the trunk and (still) must still have a real battery in stock location.(?)

Seems like a good Idea ..(duh) at some of the speeds and Little red Wagon wheel stands this cars now do. ..Is to keep a live battery out of the engine compartment ..functional or not.
