SS GT S-10 headers
Racers,
I am underway with the buildup. The combination is 327/300/293. This will be a "B" class truck. Truck and much of the chassis needs in house. Engine parts being gathered. So, about the headers. If you know someone racing an S-10 I need header feedback. Thanks, |

Re: SS GT S-10 headers
Lemons Headers has them. Pricey, but apparently good quality. I think you'll need the headers to setup the engine location though (at least that's what I gather from the website).

Re: SS GT S-10 headers
Wayne, I have run Lemons on other cars and the fit is excellent, I will follow up. I also noted the engine location footnote and agree it would be wise to have headers bolted on before finalizing the motor plate tabs.

Re: SS GT S-10 headers
Maurice,
Thanks, I like value and will follow up. |
Re: SS GT S-10 headers
Maurice,
With the fender well style what is the clearance situation with front tire? |
Re: SS GT S-10 headers
Larry…The different part #'s represent primary tube dimensions and steps as well as collector diameters. They are also compatible with port plates and fully tig welded with removable collectors. MB.

Re: SS GT S-10 headers
front tire size is flexible, it will depend on available room. So far, I see photos of the Hedman and Lemon designs.
I like the under car exit of the Lemons. The Hedman would need some extensions to direct the exhaust rearward. They would stir too much Texas dirt if pointed downward |
