I can tell you that you made yourself many fans by taking top spot in the manner you did. I know a few of us older (40 plus years) racers thought that was a tremendous move to secure #1 at the Nationals well ahead of the "newer" factory race cars.

Getting old makes me forget. I forgot to mention two racers that have help me get my first car (the cuda) to run the index, and help the truck fly. They are great friends that possess just a wealth of information that they have shared with me over the years. So a big thank you to, George Widuch and Jerry Bennett !!!
