header collector ?
bench racin' ?. 4 primary pipes come down to the collector. where does the collector actually start? at the transition where the 4 pipes merge into the true round secondary pipe or where the true round pipe actually starts?
in the former there would only be 2 parts, [1] the primary pipes and [2] the combo merge area and the true round pipe as one unit [as most collectors are formed] in the later there would be 3 parts to the total header, [1] 4 primary pipes, [2] the merge/ transition area and [3] the true round secondary pipe. thoughts? thanks Rod in AZ [and yes it is cold here also] |

Re: header collector ?
The guy you want to talk to is Larry Meaux, the guy who wrote the PipeMax software. Larry has a lot of valuable information on headers.
