When I log on to enter event all I get is a pop up video .It wont play or let me do anything.

Click your mouse anywhere to go through the "video"...it's actually more like a power-point presentation.

I have been trying to get tickets for Gainesville for 4 days. Finally got my email with the tickets. I click on the attachment and I can see the tickets, but they won't print out. I have been on the phone with CA., but everyone that can help you is at Pomona! We are planning to leave at least by Monday since we are going to the division races in FL and GA also, so I guess I will just hope that I will be able to print them later.

I've said it before, for an organization that takes in 90,000,000+ @ year their IT department is about as bad a joke as I've ever encountered, and in my professional life I dealt with companies of many different sizes and varied business models.

After about 5 minutes I gave up on live timing this morning.
