Fuel Check Valve
Just putting the finishing touches on our super stock 68 camaro. Trying to determine how to get fuel out of the system for fuel check, were running a Holley regulator mounted to inner fender. Any suggestions or common practices? Thanks everyone!!

Re: Fuel Check Valve
I used an LSM unit that has a 1/8" NPT male fitting, a push button to release the valve, and a small fitting deposits the fuel. Works great.
When I researched it, the LSM was about half the cost of the JEGS unit of similar design. At the time (this past winter) That I got it, LSM had discontinued making them, but still had a few in stock. If they are not available, I'm sure the Jegs version will work fine. They are available with NPT or AN fittings. E-mail me and I'll send pics of the install. John |
Re: Fuel Check Valve
I have an Aeromotive fuel check valve and it is installed into the fuel pressure regulator. I have a momentary button to turn the fuel pump on just for fuel check. Check Dragsingers build for good pictures of how Larry has his set up.
