model year

How strict is nhra on the year of your car? How do the terrine the year? My car was the same from 75-79 can I use it as any of those years?

Tech isn't going to check the VIN number if that's what you mean. If you're going to claim it as a 76 then it has to look like a 76. Grille,taillights, trim have to be 76.
