2bbl Rochester

Im building a 145hp 305 and I have a handful of 2bbl Rochester carbs but none that fall exactly into the part numbers given.how stricken are they on not having the exact one even if it falls into all the right specs?

Right specs + same manufacturer = okay for tech.
