Looking for a cheap RV to tow with? Here it is:

1988 Fleetwood Pace Arrow
89,000 miles..454 , Q-jet, factory duals, 400 turbo.. Runs and sounds new.
Basement model..Lots of storage.
Tilt, cruise, p/w, delay wipe
New water pump, fan clutch, hoses,November
6 new tires, last 3 years
Roof resealed last month with Dicor..The real stuff.
Twin 6v deep cycle golf cart batteries, good 12 v for starter. 105 amp alternator
Beefed up receiver hitch, tied back to actual frame. Brake controller. Trans cooler.
R 134 dash air..Blows cold. Two roof airs ..Always worked. ..6.5 K Onan twin, kicks it out!
AM/FM/CD..Microwave, Dometic 2-way. Computer table and chair.. Electric step
New awning fabric , last month.
70 gallon gas
70 gallon water


All this stuff works ..or it wouldn't be there.
Sleeps 6 Americans. Rear bedroom, curtain, M/H queen.
Just used for Vegas Nats , 10 days...

Issues: Some delamination , upper siding . I have an idea ,but not doing it, for this price.
If you live in a stupid state like Arizona, in a stupid county like Maricopa, or a stupid county like Clark ,Nev,. there is an emissions problem..No smog pumps since Ohio. I have a work around for that too. Other than that you 'll be fine. Will pass sniffer.

Currently registered in Yavapai County, Az.

Okay ..Here it is : $3500 firm.
Must sell by March 1st. Otherwise I'll keep it until November.

M/H can be seen at the Arizona races next month.

Mark you wont believe this but I just bought a 89 30 ft with non working gen and motor that has a miss and gave it to a person in Camp Verde thats on a fixed disabilty income for more money. Guys this is deal and I missed it. Damn it.
