Phil Szupka honored last night
 

Phil Szupka , who started racing in the early sixties at Atco Raceway and other south Jersey tracks was honored last night at the D1 banquet - he is now an official member of the Division One Hall of Fame .Both his proud wife Sandy and son Steve were on hand to celebrate with Phil .

As you'll see from the pictures he was a true Pontiac guy and stuck to his roots until he retired from driving .These days he serves as crew chief for his son Steve who races in both Stock and Comp as part of Team Aragona organization and has many National and Divisional wins to his credit .

Phil also has Comp National event wins to his credit has also been named D1 Wrench of the year along with being a former Jeg's Allstar member .
