Motorcraft 2bbl
 

I have a Motorcraft 2bbl carburetor that I am trying to figure out what application it belongs to.

I have Googled and performed searches on this site and can't seem to find much.

As far as I can determine, it's a Motorcraft 5200C. Sometimes it is referred to as a Holley 5200. I can't find any numbers that even slightly resemble anything in the guide. The only number that got me anywhere was R 6503.

Can anyone point me in the right direction, whether it's to a certain year range in the class guide or the dumpster. I'd like to see if someone can use it before it goes in the landfill.

I see 2 sources that tell me it's used on a 1973 2.0 in Pinto/Capri.

Put it on ebay. Start it at 99cents. I've thrown stuff on there instead of the trash, just to see what happens. Surprising what things are worth to some folks.
