Jets for a Carter WCFB

Can anybody tell me what jets are used in a Carter WCFB. Can jets for either an AVS or AFB be used? Thanks..

hi, according to my old carter sheet, dated 1972, AFB< AVS and WCFB use same metering jets. sizes range from .0492 up to .119. later carter sheet, dated 1982, AFB< AVS< WCFB< WCD_WGD 74 and up 2 bbls use same metering jets .

Thank you so much. Do guys run these without metering rods like the Qjet for racing. Is there a source for the rods? Thanks again...

Don't use the metering rods. Tap to use a Holley jet (1/4 32 NEF tap). You should use a bottoming tap as there isn't much room under the jet. You may even be able "force" a Holley jet into the Carb body. I have used these jets on a number of non Holley carbs with no problems.
