US-41 Dragway in IL? Closed?
 

Anyone know what happed at US-41 over the weekend. Heard it was shutdown. Would like to know any details.

Any idea how long it will be closed?

Its a long story.....if you go to www.us41dragway.com Jane left a nice message explaining whats happening.

The quick of it is Norm the 3rd (the jerk off who ruined the track before) decided he was going to "take the track back" from his mother (Jane), busted in cut the locks off the gate and the tower..trashed the place basically. From what I have been told and read they are taking him to court this week. All we can do is wait.

I know if he gets control of the place I will NOT return...PERIOD.
