I think Atco did a great job this weekend proactively getting the entire program in on Saturday, knowing that Sunday's weather looked questionable.

Personally, I wish that format was used for all the Opens. A full day of qualifying/record runs on Friday, one time shot on Saturday, then right into eliminations. It was great to be home at a reasonable time on Sunday. Some made it home Saturday night.

Atco was everything you hope for when the winter thaw arrives. The weather was perfect and the starting line was MINT. Thanks to Joe Sway and his staff for putting on a great event.

On Thursday Atco had a test session, and there was some down time. The test session ran from 10 -5 oclock. At about 3 oclock Joe Sway maid an announcement, he would extend the test session to 6 oclock,and if you chose not to do this he would give you a rain check for any event in the 2007 race schedule at Atco. How many other tracks would do this? My hats of too to Joe Sway. It will always be my favorite track
