Disc brakes width

How much width will strange disc brakes add to the overall width of a rear end? Will be on a strange axle if that makes any difference at all

Add the thickness of the hat x 2 I checked my Wilwood aluminum hats and they are .250" thick. Steel one piece discs may be slighter thinner. Hope this helps.
