Dime rocket hemi?
What is the slowest combo you can think of where you can run a gen-1 hemi? Probably a high-line four-door or wagon with weight added to go one above the natural class. I spent a few minutes on Class Racer Info and found a 1967 Plymouth Belvedere II station wagon 3-seat @ 9.76lb/in that can go into E/S-E/SA (10.00lb/in).

Re: Dime rocket hemi?
Don't think a Gen l came in a 67. Gen ll. Tough to do a gen ll as a dime rocket.

Dime Rocket Hemi? There are some words that don't belong in the
same sentence. i.e. Jumbo Shrimp, My friend the lawyer, run slowly, etc. |
Re: Dime rocket hemi?
Depends on your interpretation of a dime. If a dime is a $million, it can be done but you still need to budget for a toter, trailer, golf cart and some spare junk. Go for it!!!

Re: Dime rocket hemi?
I think you could get the Gen II Hemi in a coronet wagon in 66. Don't know if it got in the book or not. Did Jack McCormack have one? In the 66 parts book, the illustration for the coronet wagon in the body parts section is a Hemi wagon.

Doesn't make "cents"?

Re: Dime rocket hemi?
All the B body wagons are listed in the guide for 66 and 67 with the six and nine passenger wagons with the Gen II 426/425 Hemi. Let the Wagon Wheels Roll.
I do think Mike has a special kind of optimism. |
