self-contained RV chemical toilet
We are modifying our 38' gooseneck living quarters trailer to allow hauling two cars. Doing so means we relocate the commode and lavatory.
Because of how the holding tanks are mounted and because of limited relocation options of those tanks I am considering a self-contained, chemical toilet. Let me hear about your experience with self-contained toilets. |
Re: self-contained RV chemical toilet
I have one. I use it when I take the pickup instead of the m/h to haul my trailer. great for nighttime or rainy days, very portable. I dump it in the porta-poty before leaving track. This also allows for baby wipes instead of tp.(not clogging my sewer) lol... only downside I see is the limit of the holding tank. I can use it an entire national event 3-4 days without issue.

You also might want to try www.Campingworld.com, Larry.
They carry the complete Thetford line and have locations near most major cities. Looks like they also have a sale going on for the rest of the month of March as well! Lew |
