Okay now that Dodge has finally dropped the Demon, what does everybody think? Is the banned from NHRA thing true?

Re: Dodge Challenger -Demon
As a Ford fan, I think the Demon is amazing. Would love to have one.
I love the disclaimer ( circled) :D http://i66.tinypic.com/nbzoye.jpg http://i64.tinypic.com/2chu8mw.jpg |
Re: Dodge Challenger -Demon
Dodge's video says Hagerty Insurance is the official insurance company for the Demon.
I can see where very few insurance companies will cover this car for street driving. Other interesting tidbits.... The car does not come with a passenger or rear seat. They are options. The buyer can get either seat for 1 dollar each. Slick marketing by Dodge :D http://www.dodge.com/demon.html |

The collectors looking to get one and store it away are not so concerned. |
Re: Dodge Challenger -Demon
It would need more than just a roll cage , like trans and flexplate shield , drive shaft loop , window net , five point harness , etc .

Re: Dodge Challenger -Demon
I wonder what rear end is in it? I can't imagine the independent axels would hold up. That thing looks real nice.
