What should the air gap be on a MSD crank trigger?

Art, .050 if my mind dont pop out of gear seems to be the # I remember.

MSD recommends a minimum of .050 and states that up to .080 is ok

This is also the proceedure for crank/rpm sensors on semi's that are blind.

Better watch that one as some (mine) balancers want to jump around more than a few thousands! Watch for scratch marks on the ring! If so back off gap.
