It is with heavy hearts that we must announce Joe Sway Sr passed away last night. Joe was a long time owner of Atco Raceway and a staple in the racing community. He will be missed by all. We will update with funeral arrangements as they become available.

This is a total shock. Joe was one of my favorite people in drag racing. I am glad I got to spend some time talking with him at Maple Grove during the nationals.

Very sad news, very sad to hear this, Joe was beautiful person RIP Joseph Sway Sr. He will be greatly missed.
