Mike Carr is also putting on a S/SS race at Mason-Dixon in MD that day. Annual tradition. Just thought you should know.

I didnt know that, but I think the two tracks are far enough apart they wont effect each other. I had 24 cars last month and 20 this month. Who knows what we will have in November.

Argh, Makes a tough decision for us. I would really like to support Carr's race up north, and Mason-Dixon is my old home track. I grew up at that track. But Piedmont is considerably closer, and the payout may be a little higher.

It's those 10 or 15 cars that live in between that will make or break a race. Thats a bad weekend. ECS at Kinston. Rockingham has a big race too. I wish you would consider what we talked about and do it during your 20K race Thanksgiving weekend.

Chip there are no dates left and yes it will hurt a little. We are doing this race along with an outlaw 6.00 and 7.00 heads up class where no throttle stops are used. We are also running 7.90 jr's and a 32 car Big Dog Race that day. There are only a few Super Stock racers that will bracket race anyway and yes me and you were two of them.


Next year I will run a 7 race points series counting the best 6 races and the points fund will pay 2,000 to the winner with the top 6 getting paid. I cant wait.
