Shipping a Block
So I put my old Mexican 302 block on Craigs List and got a call from a guy in Utah who is interested. Anyone had any experience shipping a bare block? I have a Dart SHP 302 coming this week so that should cover packaging if UPS doesn't bust it up. Suggestions on this?

Mark Kirby, a racer and Class Racer member, can fix you up. He operates Lynn Traffic Service, and does a great job.

Re: Shipping a Block
I used Fastenal for a differential housing. They only require the item be secured to a pallet. Don’t be in a hurry though. Check their website look for “third party shipping”.

Thanks, all. I'll look into all of these alternatives. UPS figures out to around $500 door to door.
