HP request form
 

I am looking for the actual email address to send a written request.
I know NHRA Racer has a "form" you can fill out,but, it doesn't show
the email address it is going to.

Go to NHRARacer.com ,on the left side under the Tech section is AHFS Request. Click on that and fill out the form.

I'm pretty sure the deadline was Nov. 19th.

I learned 3 years ago the hard way....I sent in my request on the Thursday after the World Finals but Pat. C. sent me an e-mail saying the last day for submitting requests is the Tuesday following the World Finals

Same here, sent on the 20th, advised immediately the 19th was cut-off. I couldn't find that info anywhere at the time...….this info is probably available somewhere, just couldn't find it.

Pat also let me know, that the request I had would go into the 2020 mix. Also, after reading further, I learned that because of date of last change, any further adjustments to HP would be on hold for 2 years. Yes, depressed I was.
