Dominator Disasters
I have 3 Dominators 2 = 9375 3 Circuits
I = Demon 3 Circuit 1050? My Mopars a 9 Second Bracket Pigs (3200 with me) 500CI and 6500 RPM. Jeted 84 or 85 Square no power valves All rebuilt several times and passages checked and rechecked with everything stock and original including air bleeds. Way Rich at top end! Any ideas on how to modify. I am a Stock/Superstock guy and LOST! |
Re: Dominator Disasters
Make sure you are using the metering gaskets with the question quotation mark for the 3 circuit carbs. Larger air bleeds? Starving for air in high gear?

This is B King from Vegas, hope all is well with you & your family. I hate Dominators, I can never seem to get them right. We have one on our 68 Camaro SBC. It runs pig fat in bottom to mid range, but we have made a little headway with it. Anyway, I think part of you problem might be the 9375 model. It was designed for a 2x4 application not a 1x4 combo. Who knows maybe you are set up 2x4. I'll provide the Holley link for that carb. https://www.holley.com/products/fuel...parts/0-9375-1 I would focus on leaning the jet or more HS air bleed. The original jetting is listed @ 86/86. Bryan |

This page gave me the education to figure out my Dom. I never worked on 1 before past jetting and Now I tuned it pretty good. I was also to rich at idle and wide open. Changing circuitry and IAB, HSB. solved it. |

Did not the earlier 9375 (Not 9375-1) have only two circuits= I was lookiing for one of those. |
Re: Dominator Disasters
BLP makes 2 circuit blocks that I used to convert my 3 circuit.

Re: Dominator Disasters
Thanks Jeff!
Do I need to make any further changes other than the changing them for them to work? |

Re: Dominator Disasters
Just remembered. The guide pins for block to carb body were to long. I found out as after turning on pump it poured fuel out. Filed pins alot to make shorter and not bottom out.
