IN NEED of a MENTOR for ´68 SS/B Barracuda project

1 Attachment(s)
In order to finish my 1968 SS/B Barracuda project, I need someone who own or have access to get info (pics) from a BO29 in relatively original shape. (so not much need for a Dart in this case).
I´m talking about a few details only, so by no means a full time job. :)
The placement and drilling of the battery support plate and how carpet was arranged in rear seat area to mention two. These kind of details and maybe a couple more.
I´m in Sweden, and obviously can´t find these kind of inf on the net.
I have car say 95% sorted out, from Hurst Shifter to radiator support over spray, and what parts new owner added, to race in the first couple of years with help of some 50-60 Car Magazine articles (pics) from mostly 1968-69 and early seventies… Yes, a photo of how the Bendix Electrical Fuel pumps were bolted, is worth more than an entire Forum, when it comes to get this Racer to appear correct, if you see what I mean.
I would really appreciate if someone stepped forward and helped me out with this... I dear to say, quite unique project.
Contact me any way you find best. Here, my Facebook BO Wannabe, Instagram bo29wannabe, or other way.
Picture for your attention.
Thank you. Stefan

Here's mine. Last raced around 1976. Just mini tubbed and bolt in 6pt cage. Took the 6pt cage out as you can see in some photos.

Thank you very much. Kind of you.
Looks to be a very nice...

#1 Was bump hammered flat for plate to lay flush against floor?

#2 Was loop for spring holding bumper jack stand cut off?

#3 Did pate clear bracket holding bumper jack, or did plate have a notch rear right cornor?

Is battery support plate 19 X 8 inch?

Thank you.

[QUOTE=Alex Polewik;617105]battery plate is 19x8

Thank you. Great...

Was this bracket cut off by Hurst, or never welded in place you think?

Secod pic.
If I put plate according to your pickture, plate will ride on the bump, and I have some half an inch gap between plate and floor at the front end.
Am I on the right track?

Thank you, and no hurry...

Well looks somthing might have happened here... Hope everything is allright...

Now, I would like to check if Chrysler actually used the 1968 B-body Dana 60 axle, or the slightly (11/16" something) shorter 1967 axle.
Can someone who have access to an original ´68 SS Hemi Dana 60 axle, check to see, if flang to flang is just longer than 60", or slightliy longer than 59", as the ´67 axle would be.

Likley the ´68 axle was used, but I quit taking things for granted long time ago, witch has helped me finding out a couple interesting details people usually dont talk or know about.

Like the alu. seat brackets. Did you know brackets were not drilled acording to blue print (Robert Tarozzi) found in Jim Schild´s SS Guide?
Hence not lining up with holes in production car floor pan...
What happened??
Well my take is, the Porsche Bucket seats has something to do with it...

I read recently that the '67 B-body Dana was used. The source appeared to be credible.

No offence, but I only go with first hand information.
Till I can have Mark J confirm this, it is a question mark in my book...
Thanks Stefan.
