Where We Have Raced

Not trying to make anyone envious, but we have raced from the middle of April through the Topeka double. In fact we are still here. Patsy and I are both in our seventies making us a risk for the 19 virus. We have been Holly Springs Ms. three times including a big bracket race, NC three times for races in Mooresville and GOLOT, and headers built. Dragway 42 in Ohio for an invitation race. Bowling Green Ky for a double combo race. Columbus Oh. for the points race and the Sports Nationals. Topeka double points race. All these races have the same thing in common: to my knowledge no one is sick or has died.

It's kind of like all those looters and rioters that did not practice social distancing or masking, some did mask to hide their identity. But you would think a lot of those folks would be dead or at least very sick.

On my tombstone will be " I have no regrets"

FAYETTEVILLE
Rockingham over 700 cars
Atlanta
Mooresville
Galot
All those races had good car counts. The only person I know that got the Covid lives in Texas 1500 miles away.
I'm also a sales rep servicing 10 counties in NC. Lots of people moving around dont see a lot of sick people

Re: Where We Have Raced

Not being a statistician but it would seem to me that 40% of the s/ss would be in the high risk area and yet no report of contamination. So what if anything make us different from the rest of the population? Is it the fuel fumes, the beer and other adult beverages or is the virus no worse than the flu? Why are we racers not sick. I do know what a lot of us are sick of ........
